The children of Victoria Park Primary School invite local over 55’s to a social morning at their school. As part of the morning, the children would like to draw portraits of the attendees who are welcome to reciprocate!
The event will take place on Monday 13th November from 10:30am – 12pm at Victoria Park Primary School, Atlas Road, Bedminster, BS3 4QS. Tea and biscuits provided and disabled access.

Singles Social
St Monica Trust are hosting their first ‘Singles Social’, an event for those seeking companionship or those who simply want to make new friends.
The relaxed and informal event will take place on Monday 27th November, 7:30 – 9:30pm at Mezzaluna Cafe, West Street, Bedminster. There is £5 entry which includes a finger food buffet.

Intergenerational Treefest Crafts Session
Join St Monica Trust on Monday 27th November and 4th December for an Intergenerational Treefest crafts session.
Stockwood residents of all ages are invited to come and create decorations for a tree that will be exhibited in St Mary Redcliffe Church, as part of this year’s Treefest.
The free drop-in sessions will take place on Monday 27th November and 1st December, from 2 – 5pm at Southern Links Childrens Centre, Whittock Road, BS14 8DQ.
The tree will be on display at St Mary Redcliffe Church from Wednesday 6th – Tuesday 12th December. Money raised from Treefest will go towards supporting St Mary Redcliffe’s work in the community and local charity Young Bristol.
No need to book, just come together to celebrate what you love about where you live.
Stockwood Happy Notes Christmas Concert
Join the Stockwood Happy Notes Choir for carols, festive songs and Christmas No.1 hits we know and love.
This year’s free concert will take place on Friday 1st December from 1pm, at Christ the Servant Church, BS14 8SP. Refreshments provided.

Christmas Quiz for Over 55s
The annual Christmas Quiz is back to test your knowledge on a mixture of Christmas themed and general knowledge questions.
Join St Monica Trust will take place on Friday 8th December, 2 – 4:30pm at Whitchurch Royal British Legion, Staunton Lane, Whitchurch BS14 0QF.
There is a maximum of 6 people per team/table. Those not in a team will be paired up with an existing team on the day. Prize fun for 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed teams, as well as refreshments, a buffet and a raffle.
