An Ode to Bristol

Bristol Energy will kindly be hosting a Poetry and Reminiscence workshop and Afternoon Tea for LinkAge participants, on Tuesday 28th February 2017 from 1:30 – 3:30pm.

The day will include a delicious afternoon tea and reminiscence session, where people can bring along photographs, objects and share fond memories of Bristol and how it has changed throughout the years.

A poem about Bristol and the great things about the city, written by Bristol's current Poet Laureate, will be shown on the day. LinkAge participants will also have the opportunity to see work created by local Bristol children, on what they love about Bristol.

The FREE event will be held at The Bristol Energy Hub, Unit 5-6, 1 Canon's Road, BS1 5UH. The Bristol Energy Hub is located in the centre of town on the Harbourside, a couple doors down from The Watershed and the Tourist Information Centre.

If you would like to speak with staff from Bristol Energy about switiching energy providers or energy efficiency advice, then please bring your bills along on the day.

To book your place at this event please call the LinkAge Office on 0117 353 3042 or email lucysaunders@linkagewestofengland.org.uk
