Come and join a friendly group who seek to improve their health through gentle movement with Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi.
Beginners welcome! These movements are suitable for anyone, regardless of age, and can be done seated or standing.
There are 2 Shibashi Level 1 classes – one begins at 10:00 am and the other at 11:00am
Mary, your instructor will be waiting at Tennis Court 2 at The Ardagh, from 10 mins before the start of session.
