Friday coffee morning
The charity FACE hold a regular weekly coffee morning on Friday mornings at their youth centre base in Filton. Primarily this is aimed at older people to reduce social isolation and enhance well-being.
As well as getting a hot/cold drink and sweet treats, there is also the opportunity for playing games (e.g. dominoes, pool, scrabble and more) or bringing crafts.
It’s a great opportunity to meet with others for a chat and to pass a couple of hours.
There will in the future be the opportunity to get a light lunch afterwards (e.g. soup and roll)
Entry is by donation so it truly is an inclusive coffee morning for all to enjoy.
