Chair Yoga
We all benefit from yoga practice but might not feel up for taking standing poses, or getting down to the floor and backup again.
You might have low energy or mobility challenges, or simply enjoy a more gentle practice that allows you to come into your self, find some physical and mental space, without too much exertion. There is always something new to discover in every class you take.
Some standing poses may be offered for those who want to and there is still plenty you can do from the seat.
