This Friday All About Food will be running 'Cooking for Carers', a day of healthy cookery demonstrations as part of Bristol Food Connections. The day will run in morning and afternoon sessions at the Vassall Centre in Fishponds.The day is free of charge but booking is essential. Sporting Memories next Wednesday will be holding a day for those over the age of 55 to come and share their sporting memories with Olympians, Paralympians, Sporting Stars of Bristol and Gamesmakers. Plus there will be Sports heritage and art heritage exhibtions and a chance for people to try out inclusive indoor sports and games. The day will be run at The City Academy from from 11 – 3pm and is completely free of charge with refreshments included!
