On Thursday 25th May 2017, Bristol Breakfast Rotary Club will be fundraising for LinkAge at their annual Grand Charity Golf Day.
The Bristol Breakfast Rotary Club's Golf Day is the 11th Charity Golf Day to take place at the Bristol & Clifton Golf Club. The day will see 22 teams of 4 players compete in a variety of competitions and concluding with a dinner and 'promises auction'.
Proceeds from the day will go to LinkAge, the main charity of the event and also local charities the MS Therapy Centre, Volunteer Bristol and Young Carers.
Lucy Saunders, Business Relationships and Funding Manager at LinkAge said, ‘We are so pleased that LinkAge has been chosen as the main charity for the Bristol Breakfast Rotary Club Golf Day 2017 and are really grateful for this support. We hope that the event is a huge success and that everyone taking part has a great day. Funds raised from the event will help LinkAge to enrich the lives of older people living in Bristol, reduce isolation and loneliness and promote active participation in local communities'.
