The Post-Retirement Opportunities (PRO) Project aims to help people aged 55+ who are approaching retirement or facing redundancy manage the shift into the next phase of their lives.
The event on 25 October is one of several events taking place in 2018-19, showcasing the wide range of opportunities and advice on offer in and around Bristol across the areas of money, work, volunteering, learning, leisure and health & wellbeing. Each event will feature guest speakers, workshops, and representatives from a range of organisations on hand to provide information and advice, offering attendees the opportunity to explore and share ideas, hear from those with lived experience of retirement, and meet and socialise with people at a similar stage in life.
Refreshments including wine, soft drinks and nibbles, will be served throughout the evening.
The event is FREE and open to anyone aged 55+.
