In the following pages we’ve rounded up the latest advice on staying healthy and happy while you need to self-isolate during the Covid-19 pandemic. We’ve tried to stay relevant to the Bristol area where possible. Please note the advice may change rapidly.

Alongside other local organisations, we have set up The Support Hub to help older people during the coronavirus pandemic.

  • Emotional support, including telephone befriending, counselling and reassurance with up to date NHS advice about how to manage the risk presented by Coronavirus
