LinkAge Network are delighted to have been chosen as Almeda’s charity of the year for 2019. They kick off this support when three members of their team will fly the LinkAge Network flag at the Bristol 10k in May.

Bedminster toilet map

£1000 of funding has been awarded to design and print the fourth Bedminster Toilet Map. Bedminster’s first toilet map arose following a discussion at the Bedminster Older Peoples’ Forum.

Aged 40+ and have a spare moment to complete our short questionnaire? The questionnaire is part of research which we have commissioned the University of Bristol to undertake, and will inform how we work to prevent people becoming isolated and lonely in later life.

BS3 Community, a South Bristol based community development charity, is looking for volunteers to help out with some of the activities they run for older people, and to support a boat trip on Monday 15th April. BS3 Community is also looking for new trustees.
