Last month, LinkAge Network were delighted to receive a show-stopping egg to celebrate Easter, on behalf of The Ivy Clifton Brasserie and Bristol-based luxury chocolatier Zara’s Chocolates.
The half-a-metre egg was created to bring together the unique landmarks and events synonymous with Bristol, and was on display in the brasserie before being donated to LinkAge Network later that month.
As part of this Easter collaboration between the two local businesses, The Ivy Clifton Brasserie also hosted an Afternoon Tea on Saturday 30th March, where local older people supported by LinkAge Network came together to enjoy a special afternoon of private dining and also the opportunity to view the Easter egg.
The Easter Egg was then taken along to an Open Day at Hengrove Lodge Residential Home to be enjoyed by residents and local people.
