Come and join a friendly group who seek to improve their health through gentle movement with Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi.
Beginners welcome! These movements are suitable for anyone, regardless of age, and can be done seated or standing.
The class begins at 10:00am
Mel, your instructor will be waiting at Tennis Court 2 at The Ardagh, from 10 mins before the start of session.
The class will be spread out to allow for social distancing.
Please feel free to stay longer to chat with other members of the group after the session.
