What is Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking is the same as ordinary walking but you use two poles to help you walk more confidently and to increase your wellbeing.
Our groups are sociable, fun and friendly.

- We provide the poles
- Learn how to Nordic Walk from a qualified instructor
- Explore local green spaces from the Health Centre
- Nordic Walking certificate when you complete the course
